Headquartered in Dubai, DGM Investment is a holding group with investments across the real estate value chain. Since entering the UAE real estate market in 2015, DGM has invested in 12+ UAE-based companies spanning real estate development, brokerage, property management, facilities management, community operations, and related services.
Today, DGM manages a growing portfolio of rental units and facilities across Dubai, with a significant pipeline of residential and commercial projects under development and planning. Its portfolio spans 10,000+ rental units and more than 10 million sq. ft. of managed facilities, with a further 2 million sq. ft. under development and planning.
DGM's development journey includes DGM Vision, its first residential project in Jumeirah Garden City, and GTC Tower by DGM Archetype, its first commercial development in Majan, reflecting the group's expanding capabilities across Dubai's real estate landscape.
